Coaching Investment
- Your monthly Coaching Investment includes:
- Three 50-minute coaching sessions by phone/month the first three consecutive weeks of the month (Joy will call you & incur all long-distance charges included in your investment in yourself.)
- Maximum of three additional e-mails requesting Joy's response within 24 hours
Payment Procedures
Your payment is due in full by the

Schedule
Joy's standard coaching practice hours of operation are Monday-Thursday from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. & Saturday from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. All hours are Central Time Zone. Our calls are slated to occur the first three weeks of each month.
If You Need to Re-Schedule a Call . . .
Please notify Joy no less than 24 hours in advance of your regularly scheduled session. We will first plan to re-schedule you on the same day if possible at a different time. If that is not possible we will attempt to re-schedule you within the same week. If that is not possible we can take that week off and schedule your call during the 4th or off week of the month.
If you have an emergency situation, Joy will do her best to accommodate you as according to the above, possibly even offering you a special time outside of regular coaching hours of operation. All calls missed must be re-scheduled within the same month if you wish to have it re-scheduled. If you miss a scheduled call without calling to let Joy know, you will still be charged for that session and will not be allowed to re-schedule the sessions for which NO notice is provided in consideration of my time.
Terminating the Coaching Agreement
Joy asks coachees to commit to 180 days or six consecutive months of coaching to give the process time to work and for you to see results. After this term is completed, your coaching is on a month-to-month basis.
